Registration
Personal data of the user is only collected, processed or utilised, insofar as the person concerned has given his or her consent or the Federal Statute on Data Protection (BDSG), the German Statute on Data Protection for Tele-Services (TDDG), the German Data Protection Regulation on Tele-Services (TDDSV), or another legal provision orders or allows this.

The user may restrict the registration information provided to his name (which may also be a pseudonym) and his email address. This email address shall be registered and stored, in order to enable an ID and password to be sent to the user.

Order & Delivery
Registration of customer data, and registration of data on customer employees who are authorised to place orders, is a necessary prerequisite for the legally-binding licensing of Film Material, the invoicing of fees for this Film Material, and the ordering of copies of this Film Material by customers and their employees.

Data provided on customer employees shall therefore comprise their full name and the capacity in which they are employed by the customer; any additional information is optional. Customers are required to register with their name/company name, the name of their authorised representative, their full (billing) address, relevant details from the Commercial Register/Registrar of Companies, and, unless an order is paid by cash on delivery or advance payment, their bank details.

The delivery address is stored together with the name of the customer employee authorised to place orders and may be modified by him, as far as this is permitted by the customer.

Offline Order
All data pertaining to the customer may be viewed by any employee authorised to place orders under the My shotlists - Data menu option. Any employee authorised to place orders may also view and modify his own personal data under this menu option. Modification of customer data may only be performed by Framepool upon application of an employee authorised to place orders.

Shotlist Handling
All users are entitled to save shot lists containing various shots and searches (with search terms and combinations thereof) under their user ID. Framepool shall access this data, in an anonymous format, for purposes of market research; users are, however, entitled to request that their data not be used in this manner.

Framepool hereby informs customers that the furnishing of individualised service in the course of accessing Framepool Services necessitates, for technical reasons, the storing on their computer of data in the form of so-called cookies.
